By creating an account on MployD.in ("Platform"), you ("Candidate") agree to the following terms governing your participation in our 28-day talent marketplace:
1. Accuracy of Profile Data
You certify that all details provided — including work experience, compensation history, skills, and notice periods — are accurate and verifiable. Presenting false credentials or fabricated documents will result in immediate profile disqualification and account termination.
2. Consent for Pre-Vetting & DPDP Act Compliance
In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, you grant explicit consent to MployD to process your data and conduct pre-vetting checks. Your personally identifiable information (PII) remains protected during the initial discovery phase and is only shared with verified recruiters upon mutual match or soft-lock activation.
3. The 28-Day Hiring Cycle Commitment
- Phase 1 — Talent Discovery (7 Days): You allow verified recruiters to evaluate your profile and extend non-binding Upfront Proposals / Expressions of Interest.
- Phase 2 — Selection & Interviewing (21 Days): Upon accepting a proposal, you agree to actively participate in interviews scheduled within the 21-day window.
- Your 14-Day Decision Deadline: The recruiter must tell you where you stand - Proceed or Regret - within 14 days of soft-locking you, even where the interview process runs the full 21 days. Recruiters who leave candidates waiting are marked down in the Performance Index shown beside their proposals.
4. Nature of Upfront Proposals
Upfront proposals received during the 7-day discovery phase represent competitive market valuations and employer intent. They do not constitute a legally binding employment contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 until a formal offer letter is issued post-interview.
5. Platform Integrity & Non-Discrimination
You agree to maintain professional communication. MployD enforces equal opportunity policies aligned with the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 and statutory Indian non-discrimination mandates.
